Joseph M. Kress

He is a retired police detective and former lieutenant.

Over the course of his career in law enforcement, he was a SWAT sniper and served as a deputy at the FBI, ICE, ATF, DEA and Secret Service. He is the recipient of thirty-one letters of commendation, a proclamation for heroism, a Medal of Valor, and The Purple Heart. He is an expert in the field of criminal drug activity and has testified as an expert witness on many occasions. While many people grow up with dreams of becoming a police officer, Joseph Kress's decision to become a police officer came from personal tragedy, his brother's murder. He lives in Pennsylvania.
